Bespoke Interim Executive Director Engagements
I serve as Interim Executive Director for nonprofit organizations during periods of executive transition, stabilization, or executive search. Engagements are designed to provide executive authority, continuity, and steadiness during moments of uncertainty.

Retainer-based engagements only.

Three- to nine-month commitments.

Up to twenty hours per week.

Remote or hybrid, with on-site presence limited to no more than two days per week.

San Francisco Bay Area.

Minimum rate: $225 per hour.

Organizational Readiness & Grant Positioning Assessments
I provide short-term assessments for organizations preparing for growth, institutional funding, or leadership transition. These assessments offer a clear, senior-level external view of organizational readiness and risk.

Scope may include review of organizational positioning, governance and compliance, program coherence, and grant readiness. Deliverables include a written executive memo outlining strengths, risks, and priority recommendations. This is a fixed-scope engagement designed to inform next steps, not replace internal capacity.

Executive Systems & Wisdom Advisory
I offer a bespoke advisory engagement for senior women leaders seeking integration across leadership, systems, health, and lived experience. This work is designed for women carrying sustained responsibility who want their leadership to remain aligned with their bodies, families, and values over time. Engagements are limited, retainer-based, and offered by inquiry only.
