Areas of expertise include founder transitions, collaborative multi-stakeholder strategic planning, development strategy and grant writing, and the development of programs and policies that center equity.

Rate: $225/hour; long-term projects and retainers negotiable

1:1 Coaching for leaders

Coaching and support for non-profit leaders and female entrepreneurs. Specialize in strategies for sustainability and DEIB practices. All work is done through an anti-racist, trauma informed lens. Integration of holistic wellness strategies (including nutrition for physical and mental health).

Rate: $225/1 hour session.
