I am an executive leader and advisor with over 32 years of experience supporting organizations and leaders through transition, complexity, and moments of real consequence.
My work sits at the intersection of governance, systems design, leadership, and human sustainability. I am most often brought in when clarity is required—during executive transitions, organizational inflection points, or periods where existing structures no longer support the people inside them.
I bring steadiness, sound judgment, and the ability to see both what is happening now and what must be built for what comes next—particularly when decisions carry long-term consequences.
My professional background spans nonprofit leadership, program and systems design, governance, fundraising, and organizational strategy. I hold a Master’s degree in Management and a law degree, and I have spent much of my career in roles that require discretion, accountability, and trust.
In recent years, my work has expanded to formally integrate functional and integrative approaches to health, cognition, and resilience, particularly as they relate to leadership sustainability. I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and a scholarship recipient in a two-year fellowship in functional and integrative psychiatry through Psychiatry Redefined.
I am also a mother of four. I became pregnant at 44. I have led organizations while parenting, caregiving, and managing my own health and capacity.
That lived experience informs how I work. I value clear boundaries, realistic expectations, and systems designed for durability rather than heroics. I do not believe in burnout as a leadership requirement. I believe in leadership that can be sustained.
I work with a limited number of organizations and leaders each year. My engagements are bounded, intentional, and outcome-oriented. I am not a fit for quick fixes or outsourced execution. I am a fit for leaders and boards who want experienced partnership and clear thinking.
Board chairs, founders, and senior leaders may request a confidential exploratory conversation to assess alignment.
