Executive Systems & Wisdom Advisory

This work is for senior women leaders carrying sustained responsibility—professionally, personally, and ethically—who want that responsibility to be sustainable, coherent, and well held.

It is not coaching in the conventional sense. It is a high-level advisory partnership for leaders who already have expertise, vision, and influence, and who are seeking integration rather than optimization. The focus is not on doing more, but on designing systems—internal and external—that allow leadership to be carried over time.

I work with women who are building or stewarding values-driven organizations, navigating leadership alongside motherhood or caregiving, and making decisions with long horizons and real consequences. Many are deeply capable and committed—and also aware that existing ways of working no longer fully support the lives they are living now.

My role is to serve as a steady, experienced thought partner. I bring systems thinking, executive and legal experience, and an integrative understanding of health, cognition, and human capacity to questions that sit at the intersection of leadership and life. Together, we slow the work down enough to see what truly matters, what is unsustainable, and what needs to be redesigned.

Focus areas may include leadership sustainability; boundary and role architecture; decision-making under constraint; integration of health and cognitive capacity with leadership demands; long-range planning rooted in values and ethics; and translating personal wisdom into durable personal or organizational systems.

This work is reflective, strategic, and deeply practical. It is designed to support leaders who want their work to remain aligned with their bodies, their families, and their values—not just their ambitions.

Engagements are bespoke, retainer-based, and time-limited. Availability is intentionally limited and offered by inquiry only.
